The Little White Dress is a wedding planning and coordinating company based in and servicing Kitchener/Waterloo and the greater Toronto area. It provides a fresh and unique approach to wedding planning. No two couples are exactly alike, and no two weddings should be either!
With the average wedding taking over 250 hours to plan, and the average person not having 250 hours to spare, certified wedding planners are becoming a common addition to today’s wedding planning process!
Kate Vanderlugt goes in to every initial meeting open minded and ready to run with any idea that the couple might throw at her, but also with a goal. That goal is to make your wedding planning process as effortless and as stress free as possible! Kate’s favourite part of every wedding is the quirky little tidbits about the bride and groom that can be interjected throughout! It really helps to materialize the couple and bring out their personality!

A little about me:
I have always been passionate about weddings. I love following trends and finding inspiration in unlikely places. I love the emotion, sincerity, and every minute detail that sets each wedding apart from the next.
I am addicted to gummy candies. I like fashion and trends. I drink a soy Tazo® chai tea latte. I strongly dislike Styrofoam. I like chocolate…but 70% cocoa is my fave. I shop (too much). I like to be where the action is. The fall is without a doubt my favourite season. I enjoy cocktail parties. I am passionate about volunteer work and will always have a place in my heart for a good cause. I play basketball for fun. I love my friends. I’m always cold, regardless of how warm it is outside. I dance. I adore my husband, and our fur baby. I am in heaven when a vision comes to life…and I love weddings. That’s me. I love what I do.
